Our Services — Investment Advisors

PT = Practice Training

After an initial assessment, Advisor PT will engage in the Discovery Process. This process is an extensive evaluation of all aspects of your practice and a discussion with you about your vision of the perfect practice. From there, we’ll build your unique strategic plan along with a blueprint for implementation. We’ll also agree on appropriate performance metrics and schedule regular accountability check-ins.

We have three coaching packages to select from, based on your needs:

Performance Coaching

Our Performance Coaching program starts with an initial assessment using our diagnostic tool. Then we’ll work with you to develop your strategic and business plans, identifying key areas of focus as indicated by the diagnostic results. These may include strategies for client acquisition and retention, client communications, networking and pricing. Bi-monthly calls with your coach will help keep you on track and measure your progress.

Performance Coaching Plus

In addition to all the features of Performance Coaching, the Plus program includes a detailed valuation of your practice and strategies to increase its valuation over time, as well as access to our monthly client conference call featuring special guests and timely topics. The Plus program requires a 12-month commitment.

Performance Coaching Platinum

For a limited number of advisors, the Platinum program offers the most comprehensive personal coaching relationship. In addition to the services available in the Performance Coaching Plus program, participants will receive two practice valuations at the beginning and end of the period with a benchmarking tool delivered and discussed within the first three months. We will also discuss succession planning to determine the best ways to realize the value of your practice when you’re ready to make a transition. And you’ll have additional access to your coach, Stuart Porterfield, during the month. The Platinum program requires a 14-month commitment.
